"At 2.5mg daily dose, experienced fatigue initially, this either dissipated or became the New Normal so I don't recognize it any longer. Effective for decreasing frequency of tachycardia; beta-blocker reduce re-occurrence of heart attack statistically, and so far has for me, for 4 years. The "vivid dreams" are a major factor to poor sleep for me: always very unpleasant, if not nightmares."
